FAQ
Welcome to our FAQ section where we answer common questions about our products and services. Whether you're new to cannabis products or a seasoned consumer, we've got you covered. Feel free to reach out if you have a question that's not addressed here.
1. What is CBD?
CBD (cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring compound found in hemp plants. It’s non-psychoactive, meaning it won’t get you high, and is commonly used to support relaxation, focus, and overall wellness.
2. Are your products legal in all 50 states?
Yes. All our products are derived from industrial hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, it’s your responsibility to check your state’s specific CBD laws before ordering.
3. Do I need a prescription to buy CBD?
Nope! Our CBD products are available over-the-counter and do not require a prescription.
4. How do I know your products are safe?
Every batch of our products is tested by a third-party lab. We publish all Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) on our CoA page so you can see exactly what’s in your product.
5. How do I find the CoA for my product?
Each product has a batch number printed on its label. Match that number to the list on our CoA page to view the lab report for your product.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard USPS or UPS. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below that threshold.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay (when available).
9. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of CBD products, all sales are final. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
10. Can I use CBD while taking medication?
We always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before using CBD, especially if you’re taking other medications or have underlying health conditions.
